–       Full refunds are available up until thirty (30) days before the scheduled start of the training course.

–       Partial refunds are available up until fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the course.

–       Refund requests received between 15 – 29 days prior to the training event will be subject to a $200 fee.

–       No refunds will be issued if Human Equation receives a cancellation request during less than 15 calendar days before the event.
