He is also a facilitator for Ways of Working™ (WOW!) and a trainer for Empowered Dialogue Technologies™ (EDiT). Ram is passionate about developing individuals, cultivating leadership, and building high-performing teams.

He authored The Hindu Car: Ancient Wisdom of Hinduism Through Modern Metaphors. Ram believes in the power of Leadership and Executive Coaching through self-authorship to help individuals unlock their inner leader. His mission is to motivate people to pursue what inspires them, guiding them to discover their internal wisdom to achieve their goals and experience transformative change. He focuses on aligning actions with values and purpose, fostering a meaningful and sustainable mindset rather than just behavioral adjustments.
